AG Red Sox Event - Boston

Kanani was chosen to go as our ambassador doll.  She loved it. We did her hair and used ribbon from our favorite ribbon store Walmart. This was because we did not buy VIP tickets so no hair salon for Kanani.

We bought a baseball bat ink pen, a souvenir Fenway Park spoon, earrings which do not fit dolls only humans and a post card to write about our event to Grandma eventually.

Later took photos with #46 to showcase goodies. Again, Kanani is proving that you can dress her in anything and not have to pay a fortune. I love that she is our ambassador doll!

We got doll shirts with the tickets. Great shirts that come with a coupon for a doll baseball hat and discount to the AG Hair Salon.

We went to the craft room there at Fenway Park set up as a crafting room where you could do actives with your doll. There AG gave us a new July/ Aug AG magazine, notebook to sketch in, doll sized sketch book and two sheets of stickers.

Overall great event.

*REVIEW* AG Softball Set

As promised here is Kanani in the Softball Set. It is currently on sale and worth every penny.

The helmet is my favorite. It is made from durable plastic and has the iconic AG star and logo. The whole uniform is so bright and sporty. I love these colors for summer and I can almost see Kanani playing for her school team with these cool, tropical, sunset colors.

The ball and bat are plastic, but the ball is well made and has a rubber type feel. The cleats and socks are adorable as well as the two hair accessories you get. The best part is the charm for the former MyAG necklace. The bead matches Kanani's theme perfectly!

I hope for others who are looking for things for Kanani and other dolls, consider this nine piece set.  It is well worth the price for all that it comes with.

Dollar Tree has awesome seasonal items! I picked up a few summer/luau items and threw them together for a Luau party for my modern dolls.

*Review* OG Retro - Aloha, I Love You & MLA - Garden Party Dress

Got this cute set for Kanani. It is adorable!

Included: 2 postcards, writing pen (no ink), retro late 60s carry on, and a tropical coconut drink.

To me, this dress has a tropical styled look. I thought with minor adjustments Kanani could wear it.

The netted crochet shrug can go over bathing suits, tank tops and sun dresses. I decided to remove the tulle hem and the pink satin around the waist.

I added fabric to lengthen the dress and a halter strap. The dress has no spandex in it and fits tight in the bodice.

I love it with the crochet coverlet, I think this DIY project turned out cute.

*Opening* Kanani's Meet Dress

I was able to buy Kanani's meet dress from another AG collector. This set didn't include her blue sandals or necklace.

She looks cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Review* Kanani's Aloha Outfit

I was shocked I found this outfit complete! It's one I really wanted too.

I've tucked in the Aloha shirt so you can see the fabric belt. This set was obviously from a collector because it's in like new condition.

The denim capris have elastic in the back and a real fly with velcro closure.

I also bought the life vest in a separate auction on its own, you can see it on the video. I really love this outfit, you can mix and match all of the pieces - BONUS!
