*In Store Report* Caroline's Collection - AGP Houston

 

I went to AG Houston today, also strange without Hope Faith to see Caroline's Collection and what was left. 


I did not plan on it, but I went ahead and got Caroline's Gown for the doll. Caroline, her gown and the kitten Inkpot were all that was left of her collection today.

    Odd to see that they still seem to have plenty of Caroline dolls. I mean, enough to even fill the side display...

      There is about 100 Dolls left is 3 diffrent Displays in various spots to make sure You consider Her when you are there in the store I would say.

    Oh how sad and little she looks behind the glass. As if she knows! I believe that Caroline has a good chance to become a collector's favorite in the future--with NIB Caroline dolls and clothing going for a pretty price on secondary markets. Of course, it will take a few years to see if this happens, but considering her amazingly short run as a historical (3 years) and how preciously unique and appealing she is with her eye and hair color combination, Caroline could continue to shine in the secondary market for a decade or more.
