*DOLL PARTY SERIES* HTM Edwardian / Victorian Tea

Because Samantha and Nellie (1904) and Rebbecca (1914) are so close, combined ideas will make for a wonderful tea.

Set a pretty table with a Battenberg lace or a basic lace cloth. Set out your best tea set (if your parents will allow) or buy pretty floral paper plates. Include a vase full of silk flowers for the center. Serve cute little tea sandwiches (PBJ, cheese, chicken). You can make several sandwiches then cut off the crusts. Use either a cute cookie cutter or a knife to cut for triangles. Don't forget fresh fruit like apple slices, grapes and melon. Serve either cupcakes or cake slices. You can serve ice tea.

CRAFTS
STAGE MAKE-UP

Guest can make a memory book of the party. Using cereal boxes cut 5x7, guests can cover the (2) inside and outside panels of their book covers with wrapping paper or scrapbook papers. Fill the book with 6 sheets of card stock or construction paper, staple. Guests can press flowers they find in your yard or from the party table; provide AG stickers (Michael's) for them to stick inside the pages. Have each guest sign inside the books and write something special to the birthday girl!

MUSIC
Have beautiful classical music playing softly in the background.
