*TAMMY'S TRAVELS* Day 3 - Delft

Delft,  a charming town of canals, cobbled alleyways and medieval architecture, is the home of the famous white and blue Delft pottery.

Even the lamp posts are Delft pottery.

The red house is the smallest house in the city.  Built on reclaimed land, the church tower, built around 1250, leans.  Dutch painter, Jan Vermeer, is buried in the church.

Tammy enjoys some gelato while sitting in the city square.
