I was looking at my new
Easter apron and believe I found a way to press out the holes. Holes
were left in the apron after I uses a nail clipper to cut the tags.
I
turned the apron on the reverse side of the hole and use my pointer
finger and thumb to move small amounts of fabric on both sides of the
small hole. I kept using my fingers to pinch the threading on both side
of the hole together towards the tiny hole...fussing and meshing it
together. The hole began to get smaller and smaller with each press of
my fingers on the thread...surrounding fabric.
End result no holes in my beautiful Easter apron.

ReplyDeleteWe 100% percent love this Apron Set a date recommend it fully, we have the Doll and Girls size. It is adorable. We rubber the whole out with a finger. It is the cutest this game ever. Wish I had got Mom Size. We have it on Our Grace Thomas. But this post shows, it look great on all the American Girl Brand Dolls. Thanks for sharing. Glad I confirm, it is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI agree. The bunny peeking out of the eggshaped pocket is my favorite part of this cute apron. I will use a rubber finger from now on to rub out the holes. Great suggestion.
DeleteMy Autocorrect is hilarious. Girl!!!!. Trying to say, I just rubbed the hole till it disappeared with my finger. Lol. I want to confirm my recommendation for this fabulous Apron for Girls and Dolls. I pinned it up for my daughter to have a perfect look. It will last her a very long time. Lots of room to grow, she is 7 and will fit it till she is 15 or 16. Happy Easter Ticia.
DeleteFunny! My auto correct is crazy too. It doesn't like the word the. I have to correct it myself every time how silly is that. I really loved the idea of a rubber finger to rub out holes. I saw someone at the library with a rubber finger flipping through a file and thought it was genius! Happy Easter!
DeleteThanks for sharing. The bunny is so cute! They need to get rid of his packaging that wrecks the clothes!!! It's just not right 😡
ReplyDeleteYou are so right.
DeleteI bought this one, too, and love it. The dolls have more aprons than I do 😀. Madelon
ReplyDeleteI agree. It is beautiful
DeleteI really like the new aprons, very cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the Velcro closure on the girl-sized aprons. I wish they wouldn't do that.
Adorable! Thank you for sharing!
