Had to get this at Walmart The My Life As... Treat Cycle.
It is all plastic, but cute for photo shoots.
The bell on the handle bar actually makes a slight ring.
The only items that the dolls can actually hold are the ice cream cones and the big lollipops.
I like the fact that the ice cream scoops actually come off the cones so that you could make a bowl of ice cream. The umbrella opens and closes and can come off of the cart for use at the beach. The cost of the Treat Cycle is $39.94 plus tax.
