  1. I think this outfit is cute but I totally hate the sandals. If the dolls feet were webed then the sandals woukd be ok. The sandals woukd have been better if they were made like the sandals that come with her meet outfit. They are really cute. The hiking outfit is my favorite.

  3. Is there a reason for the gigantic American Girl tag on the sandal? Why would a company that makes doll shoes, which happen to be doll size ruin the look of the shoe by inserting an enormous cloth like tag to it only to have the consumer cut it off?

2nd question, does the shirt's design seem to be embroidery or are the colorful Bahia designs just printed on?

    1. The tag is so simple to cut off. No biggie at all you will melt. To save money the embroidery id printed on but look surprisingly beautiful in person. This outfit is a must. Have. I have one but will buy a second. Very Pretty in person. Big tag on shoe in a way to insure it is new and not a return or display.

  8. Very cute. The tags can be ridiculous. Yes, they are easy to cut off; doesn't make it any less ridiculous. I think it has to do with some sort of trade regulations too (as well as indicating new vs. return).

I have two of Kirsten's baking outfits and one of these days I am going to actually embroider the design on the apron of the second one. Could do that here too, if you're skilled with a needle you could just embroider over the printed pattern.

  9. Why in the world does AG have to put a GIGANTIC tag on EVERYTHING? Especially on things where a tag would be the most noticeable--headbands, shoes, and even stuffed animals. (Have you ever seen a real sea turtle with a big tag hanging off it?) I like how A Girl For All Time (and I think Our Generation too) does it--stamps their logo on the bottom of the sole where it doesn't get in the way.
