Julie's mom has a VIDEO review of Julie's Skateboarding set.
She says banana boards are meant to be smaller than skateboards. They're built for speed, but you don't ride the board with your feet side by side. Her shoes are too wide for the board.
To fit the doll properly on the board you have to tuck the board band behind the shoe laces, but her shoes are still too long for the width of the board.
The music festival graphic looks like a Creative-tee. The nylon gym shorts are cute with the rainbow sides, I like the tube socks, but the laces on the shoes are a bit too short.
Good to know. Great review! Madelon

Thanks from me too, Rhonda. And please folks, leave comments on the video. Tell me what'cha think!
What a cute set for Julie: )
ReplyDeleteSharry, great review. I remember my feet hanging off my banana board even at an angle or one in front and one pushing. Seems like very accurate sizing. :-)

DeleteWell, for a human...maybe. But for a doll who needs to balance, it's too small.
:-) You're absolutely right.
DeleteGreat video, Sharry! AG needs you on their research and development team.

The skateboard looks a little too narrow for a doll. Sometimes don't let the internet fool you. When AG makes skateboards or roller skates the doll has to be held.
