No there is a 2nd book, just search it on AMAZON : http://www.amazon.com/Girl-Year-2015-Book-2/dp/1609588924/ref=sr_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1406767882&sr=1-6&keywords=american+girl
Hi I was looking at Trademarkia and saw the name Maryellen. It might be a possible name for the GOTY 2015. Here's the link: http://www.trademarkia.com/maryellen-86346772.html
Well, as we can all see now it doesn't mention any disability. Her story is (in my opinion) much better than Isabelle's because it will inspire girls to start businesses! We'll just have to see what the doll looks like when she comes out. I wish we had a name now though, I thought Grace thomas would be her name because it's trademarked under dolls, doll clothing and doll accessories but oh well. Still sad we aren't getting a disabled doll though.
I think her name IS Grace Thomas, since Mary-Ellen is more historical then modern. I would think hat Mary-Ellen would be for the prototyped 1950's doll.
Cool!!!
ReplyDeleteIs it just me, or is there only one book?
