Avengers: Infinity War Titan Hero Series Marvel's Falcon 12-Inch Action Figure

Armed with a flying suit and technological weaponry, Sam Wilson soars into action as Falcon. Imagine the high-flying hero soaring into action with the 12-inch scale Marvel's Falcon figure from the Titan Hero Series, inspired by the Avengers: Infinity War movie. This figure includes a port for the Titan Hero Power FX pack (not included; sold separately with Titan Hero Power FX figures) so when kids connect the pack, they can power up their figure and activate character-specific sounds and phrases from Avengers: Infinity War!

DIY Star Wars Theme Room

We had a request to do a Star Wars themed bedroom!

A look at the collection of scrapbook papers used in this room makeover.

You can find the Star Wars fabric and the scrapbook papers at Hobby Lobby. The rug is a place mat cut in half.

Sawyer is cosplaying as Rey. Her costume is a simple white t-shirt, white pants made from felt, a felt wrapped bodice tied at the waist with wool belt. Her shoes are Tenny's brown boots.

We show another version of the room with different Star Wars bedding.

May the Force be with you. Always!

Mary Poppins - What A Doll! Disney Week

The original 1964 Disney classic, “Mary Poppins” was a delight for fans during a turbulent time in American history. Featuring the acting and voice talents of Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke. It encompassed a hand wringing story line of good vs evil, charming song and dance numbers and of course the thrilling moments of utter silliness, this movie was bound for movie magic.

Much later, in 2018 a second version was introduced, but it continued where the first left off – just a generation or so later. This was also a scrumdillyishious work of the same genre as the original with a darker tone.

And so, during another of our world’s crisis’, I was able to collaborate with an Etsy Shop owner and fellow Instagram friend, Lauras American Doll Boutique to share my vision of what Bert should look like in the ‘Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’ song and dance sequence. I already had purchased the Mary Poppins outfit on Amazon. And Laura came through with flying colors!!!
(We are already in plans for another ‘darker adventure’, but nonetheless magical!)

Then, when it came time to put a video together – I ended up putting together two! I wanted an Easter video – to celebrate those quarantined at home. And a picture gallery video displaying the actors in their costumes alongside my dolls in outfits.

My Mary Poppins is a Laura Ashley doll named Laura and of course Bert is not simply Logan Everett, he is also Joss Kendrick’s brother at my house, Dillon.

On a more personal note, my three sons and I, way back in the 1990’s auditioned for a musical called the “Secret Garden” and the Director conducting the auditions told me he was one of the Chimney Sweep dancers in the ‘Mary Poppins’ movie. This was during call-backs, so I got to speak with him at length about the show, the main actors and what that experience was like!
He was a delightful older man – full of energy with a twinkle of fun in his eye!

I hope you are sincerely enchanted, in awe, encouraged and are caught smiling by these photos. Because that is exactly what they are meant to stir inside you; feelings of happiness.
Creativity, fun and productivity!

Be well friends.

Luke Skywalker - Happy Star Wars Day!!

We are big Star Wars fans in our house! My favorite - Luke Skywalker!

Star Wars Day, May 4, celebrates George Lucas' Star Wars. It is observed by fans of the media franchise. Observance of the commemorative day spread quickly through media and grassroots celebrations. The date was chosen for the pun on the catchphrase "May the Force be with you" as "May the Fourth be with you".

My version of Luke, is a Rafael OG doll. He wears a DIY costume with brown AG boots.

 Happy Star Wars day!
May the Force be with you! Always!

DC Comics Batman Missions 12-inch True-Moves Stealth Suit Batman

This exciting, new 12-inch figure captures the power and style of a legendary DC character. the True-Moves action figure features an enhanced power suit, refreshed design and added articulation at the knees for a total of 11 points.

I really love this Batman figure. He is crazy poseable in his sleek black suit. I recommend this action figure for so many reasons, but the main one - he has TRUE-MOVES!
