Prince Nutcracker Outfit
Hat, Shirt, pants, boots, and belt
The hat is red velvet material, with gold embroidery, gold cord and gold elastic chin strap. It has a black cotton lining.
The shirt is made from the same red velvet material. It has gold
embroidery, gold fringe, and black faux leather. The faux leather
doesn’t feel cheap, and it is soft, not stiff.
The pants are a stretchy cotton. They have a heavier weight to them, not thin. Very nice.
The shoes and belt are faux leather. The shoes have a hard sole. Velcro opening in the back.
Very cute outfit. I passed on it but I believe if AG had marketed it for all of their dolls including historical dolls it would have won me over.
ReplyDeleteThey could have even put out a book for Rebecca since she is Jewish and does not have a Christmas storyline but she loves theatre which would have been a great Nutcracker story plot. I think I just could not make a connection with this outfit but it looks beautiful. Hope they make it available later in the year.
We only have one AG boy, Logan. Expanding on your thought of marketing the outfit to include historical, ..... a boy historical! That would be awesome! I also like your idea for a book, like they had for Samantha and Molly. Marie Grace and Cecile took dancing lessons in their story. That would have been nice also, but they are archived and AG doesn't make anything for the archived dolls.
