*REVIEW* Toy Story 4 Epic Moves Bo Peep

This is the Epic Moves Bo Peep.
This doll comes with Giggles McDimples, which stands in a plastic clip that fits on the doll’s shoulder. You can take Giggles out of the plastic clip. Her other accessories are: a plastic bonnet, comb, hair bow, shepherd’s hook, arm band, wrist band, shirt and cape/skirt. The arm and wrist band are removable.

In addition to her shoulder and leg joints, she has elbows, wrists , knee, ankle joints. Her upper thigh leg is able to rotate for more poses to recreate the action moves from the movie. Her one hand is molded so it can hold the shepherd’s hook.

The ankle joints may make it harder to put clothes and shoes on and off, for younger kids. I couldn’t get her shoes off, and her foot tended to bend upward when I was putting her blue jumpsuit on. The ankle joints also made it harder to stand up without assistance.

She also comes with the outfit from Toy Story 1. We are a little disappointed in how it fits. The box picture shows no gap between the shirt and skirt/cape. The skirt/cape is too loose to stay up by the lower edge of the shirt. Her waist is very petite, but her hips and thighs are wide. Whatever the reason there is a gap, I feel that Mattel should have fixed this issue in the prototype phase of design. I’m not sure if other Barbie clothes would fit Bo Peep because of the hips and thighs, but I do know that Mattel makes clothes in different sizes for the Fashionista line. On her back, between the shoulder blades, they have a black stamp, which may come off, we haven’t tried.  Overall, we LOVE Bo Peep. She is adorable.
