A comparison of Pleasant Co. Molly and Beforever Molly.
This is a close up of their faces. We think there is a slight
difference between the faces. The eye sockets seem different, perhaps
the bottom on BF Molly's eyes are a little more rounded than PC Molly. BF Molly’s
face seems skinnier and maybe more elongated.
Comparison of the bangs. PC Molly’s bangs are layered across on the wig cap. BF Molly’s bangs are layered under and over the side hair.
Comparison - Side view of face. We see that PC Molly’s chin sticks out further than BF Molly’s chin.
Body comparison.
One unique thing is that the Pleasant Company
Molly's vinyl has a soft like skin feel to it. I have a PC Felicity and
Kirsten. Molly and Kirsten don’t have the body tags, and their vinyl
feels soft. BF Molly doesn’t feel the same.
We love both dolls.
Wow, I love that MYAG outfit on Molly! I would have never that to put that on her, but it's so versitle that it looks great and works for 1940s. How are her new glasses?
ReplyDeleteI have Costco/Beforever Molly and I find her glasses horrible. They're made of a cheap, flimsy plastic. Anyway, rant over. I hope this helps--Maureen
