Toys R Us has a couple new items in the Wellie Wisher line. A Headband and Tutu. It has three fabric layers, top is the pink print, second is a green
tulle with a print and third is green fabric with pink tulle at the
bottom.
It is on a padded hanger with Wellie Wisher print.
A WW tea sent for girls.
