Backdrops are fun to make. If you already have an AG backdrop to use, you may choose to skip this project.
Supplies:
- Tri-fold presentation board
- Scrapbook paper, wrapping paper or fabric
- Glue Stick
- Stapler
- Misc: flowers, greenery, butterflies, birds, etc
Instructions:
- Cover your tri-fold board in decorative papers or fabric, gluing down the edges then stapling close to the edge as possible.
- Be sure to line up pattern seams, gluing into place to avoid shifting.
- Add "filler" by placing greenery, floral and nature items.
Thank you for sharing this idea. Even though I have a Pleasant Company backdrop this is something I can always use for my other dolls that do not have one. The floral scenery will be a great idea for Julie. Wallpaper went out of style in the 1980s, but I remember visiting friends who's parents bought homes in the 1970s and floral were in.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun idea! Madelon
ReplyDeleteI see floral wallpaper all the time at Goodwill.
ReplyDeleteContact paper works well too! Although, I am really loving the pretty scrapbook papers that you picked! Especially the clocks and the green glittery one! Adorable!
