I finally completed my large (cardboard box) doll beds. I did not get a chance to look for lace trims and thought why not use felt! I love felt! It's great and pair it with hot glue = success! I trimmed the sides with felt then positioned the tall bed next to the trundle. I like them a lot. I hope you do too. My dolls look comfortable and happy.
I used fabric quarters that I found at Hancock's Fabrics. I loved the youthful patterns and the colors were perfect and fun.
