Felicity in Williamsburg: An American Girl Experience

When Mattel purchased Pleasant Company FELICITY IN WILLIAMSBURG: AN AMERICAN GIRLS EXPERIENCE was canceled.

The Colonial Williamsburg Patriot's Pass for Felicity Merriman and Pin 1" x 1½" were given out for your doll to wear.

Here is what the description given by the CW company had to say.

FELICITY IN WILLIAMSBURG: AN AMERICAN GIRLS EXPERIENCE

Colonial Williamsburg and Pleasant Company have joined together to provide a unique vacation package designed to bring colonial history to life for young girls and their families. During outdoor guided walking tours and special teas, girls will explore life in 18th-century Williamsburg as seen through the eyes of Felicity Merrimans, a fictional character from the American Girls Collections of books, dolls and related products created by Pleasant Company.

The "Felicity in Williamsburg" package is designed for two adults and two children. It includes two nights accommodations, two breakfasts for four, a dinner for four in a Colonial Williamsburg tavern, meal gratuities, two tickets for the Felicity tour and tea, and four hotel guest admission tickets to the Historic Area.

Inside PC Catalogs were small leaflets promoting the event.

  3. I love that I came across this! I did the day experience back in 1998 (I was 10) and had a blast. I'm bummed to learn that they stopped doing it shortly after
