*REVIEW* Heritage Doll Clothes Book

I ordered this book a while ago, and it just arrived. I LOVE it!

There are patterns in here suitable for Kaya, Felicity, Caroline, Addy, Samantha or Rebecca, Kit, and Molly or Maryellen.

There's also a section with undergarments; you can make Felicity's "Colonial Undergarments", the "Crinoline and Chemise" sold for Addy and the NOLA girls, or spare petticoats and pantalettes for anyone.
So sorry about the glare, I don't have very good lighting.

Enjoy!

  2. I love the blue Chemise dress! It would be a great substitute if someone didn't like Caroline's blue silk party dress.

    1. That's true. You could also make Addy's school suit from the pattern for the yellow 1860s school suit.

  5. I didn't post a picture, but there is a pattern in this book for a Sailor Dress which, with a few minor adjustments, could easily become the pink dress with blue trim that Samantha wears for part of Samantha Saves the Day. Joan Hinds chose an awful color scheme (in my opinion) for this dress, so that is why I didn't post a picture.
