*NEWS* Meet Melody 1964 - VIDEO

I am in love with her! Her time period is 1963-1964.
She loves singing!

She is involved in community work at the community garden and is a part of a choir. (Rumor is she has an electric piano).

Can't wait to see what face mold they use and her clothes are so adorable.

  1. She is cute but her hair looks like it is a wig.

  2. I hope she gets the Sonali mold! (even with rumors of unfinished ears). And simsgirl, don't all American Girl dolls have wigs for hair?

  3. She looks beautiful. 1960's singers had very big hairdos! Bought her first book today. Madelon

  6. My memory of the 60's was that we all wanted our hair to be long and very straight. We went through a lot to achieve that (LOL). Her hair reminds me a bit of what some of the girl band singers did with their hair. She's a beautiful girl, should be a lovely doll, and the color palette and styles of the clothes really take me back to the 60's. Going to be saving my $ for Melody and her collection 😍

  8. I hope one of the sets has hair accessories because her hair looks like it will have lots of play value. If AG does their research right they need to get her a hot comb, or a pressing comb. I know that was one of many ways my aunts got the look Melody's hair has and curlers with a night cap.

    1. My aunt used frozen lemonade cans, emptied, cleaned and covered in contact paper, for her hair straightening technique.
