Where's Willow? Home from Colorado

Willow got back home safely and with all of her travel goodies! Both ladies did an amazing job hosting, I want to thank you for taking good care of Willow and for the wonderful goodies you sent.

*Willow's Travel Diary*

Willow is in desperate need of another hot water treatment!

And smoothing with Braid Spray.

After a bath, hot water treatment and braid spray, Willow will relax while her clothes are laundered. Then she will be ready to start the new year off fresh!

Look out Chicago - here she comes January 2015!

  2. Thank you Rhonda! It was so fun hosting Miss Willow - she's a very good guest! I do hope her hair recovers from Colorado's dry weather!

    1. Hee Hee, I'm going to try adding leave-in conditioner for synthetic hair along with the hot water treatment. It's worth a shot. Thank you for loving Willow.

  3. I should have placed a hair net on Willow! Poor girl had a tough journey. I knew I should have put the calendar and goodies in another package. Lesson learned for me!

    1. Willow LOVES to travel, it's fine. Fawn, Nonna, Kathy and I can agree that her hair is challenging.....You did great by WIllow.

Looks like Willow had a great time! Hey Rhonda, you should make a trunk for her out of a wooden box from Michael's and those great stickers! maybe paint it black and add faux buckles? Just a thought. Another thought is maybe rewigging Willow so it's easier for the host moms to care for her hair.

    1. A travel trunk with stickers would be CUTENESS!!!!!! Yes I need to work with Willow's hair, she isn't home for very long for me to do this, so I intend on giving it my best effort before she heads off to Chicago.

Also a hair net, as Linda suggested, would be a good idea because she is in transit so much.

  5. I really enjoy the "rescue" story, and her hair, while challenging, is a big part of that story. Hair net for sure. Also, Kathy clipped her brochures together and tucked them under Willow. I should have done that too.
