I love Caroline's Parlor set, but at $300 it's a bit pricey for my doll budget. I decided to make my own version to act as a photo backdrop. I made it using foam boards, wrapping paper, craft foam sheets, buttons, felt, fabric and paper clips.

This is relatively easy, it just requires a lot of attention to detail. Building layer by layer to trim it out.
